Metal Detectors Golden Gate is committed to providing a comprehensive warranty on all devices sold, as we believe in the quality of every product we distribute.
Warranty Period
- ✅ One full year (12 months) on all devices from the date of purchase
- ✅ Free technical support throughout the warranty period via WhatsApp
- ✅ Some brands offer an extended warranty of up to two years — specified at the time of purchase
What the Warranty Covers
- 🔧 Manufacturing defects and materials
- 🔧 Internal electronic component failures
- 🔧 Software and firmware issues
- 🔧 Screen or control panel failures resulting from a manufacturing defect
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- ❌ Breakage or damage resulting from misuse or dropping
- ❌ Damage resulting from water or excessive humidity (unless the device is water-resistant)
- ❌ Unauthorized modification or repair by a third party
- ❌ Damage resulting from the use of unsuitable batteries or a non-original charger
- ❌ Scratches and normal wear and tear from use
How to Claim Warranty

- Send a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase
- Describe the issue or send a video clip illustrating it
- Our team will contact you within 24 hours to determine the next steps
Repair and Replacement
If a manufacturing defect is proven, we will cover:
- Free repair of the device, or
- Replacement with a similar device if repair is not possible
