Metal Detectors Golden Gate is committed to providing a comprehensive warranty on all devices sold, as we believe in the quality of every product we distribute.

Warranty Period

  • One full year (12 months) on all devices from the date of purchase
  • ✅ Free technical support throughout the warranty period via WhatsApp
  • ✅ Some brands offer an extended warranty of up to two years — specified at the time of purchase

What the Warranty Covers

  • 🔧 Manufacturing defects and materials
  • 🔧 Internal electronic component failures
  • 🔧 Software and firmware issues
  • 🔧 Screen or control panel failures resulting from a manufacturing defect

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • ❌ Breakage or damage resulting from misuse or dropping
  • ❌ Damage resulting from water or excessive humidity (unless the device is water-resistant)
  • ❌ Unauthorized modification or repair by a third party
  • ❌ Damage resulting from the use of unsuitable batteries or a non-original charger
  • ❌ Scratches and normal wear and tear from use

How to Claim Warranty

  3. Describe the issue or send a video clip illustrating it
  4. Our team will contact you within 24 hours to determine the next steps

Repair and Replacement

If a manufacturing defect is proven, we will cover:

  • Free repair of the device, or
  • Replacement with a similar device if repair is not possible
