What the Warranty Covers

  • 🔧 Manufacturing defects and material faults
  • 🔧 Internal electronic component failures
  • 🔧 Software and firmware issues
  • 🔧 Screen or control panel failures resulting from a manufacturing defect

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • ❌ Breakage or damage caused by misuse or dropping
  • ❌ Damage caused by water or excessive moisture (unless the device is waterproof)
  • ❌ Unauthorized modification or repair by a third party
  • ❌ Damage caused by use of incompatible batteries or non-original chargers
  • ❌ Scratches and natural wear from regular use

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Repair & Replacement

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will:

  • Repair the device free of charge, or
  • Replace it with an equivalent device if repair is not possible
