1. Showroom Pickup (Recommended):
Customers are highly encouraged to visit, pick up, inspect, and receive live technical demonstrations of their devices at our showroom branch: GOLDEN GATE LTD sarl, Municipality Street, St. Roque Center, 3rd Floor, Hazmieh, Baabda, Lebanon.

2. Domestic Delivery inside Lebanon:
- Beirut and Mount Lebanon: 1–2 business days.
- Other Lebanese regions: 2–4 business days.
- All local orders are confirmed and coordinated via WhatsApp: +961 76 622 476 / +961 81 530 070 / +961 81 530 080 prior to dispatch. Shipping fees are shared transparently at the time of order confirmation.

3. Regional & International Shipping:
