1. Catalog-Only Store
Metal Detectors Golden Gate operates as an online product catalog. 
All purchases are finalized in-store or via WhatsApp. No online 
payments or direct checkout are processed through this website.

2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receiving the product, 
provided the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect. The product 
must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included.

3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products showing signs of physical damage caused by the customer
- Items with broken seals or missing accessories
- Products damaged by water, improper use, or unauthorized repair

4. How to Request a Return
Contact us via WhatsApp at +961 76 622 476 within 48 hours of 
receiving your order. Our team will assess the issue and guide you 
through the return process.

5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued via the same payment method used at 
purchase (cash or bank transfer), within 5–7 business days after 
the returned item is inspected and approved.

6. Exchange Option
Customers may opt for a product exchange instead of a refund, 
subject to stock availability.
