1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across all regions of Lebanon. International and regional 
shipping (GCC and select Arab countries) is available upon request.

2. Delivery Timeframes
- Beirut & Mount Lebanon: 1–2 business days
- North Lebanon, South Lebanon & Bekaa: 2–4 business days
- Regional / International: timeframe confirmed upon inquiry

3. Showroom Pickup
Customers are welcome to visit our showroom for same-day pickup:
Municipality Street, St. Roque Center, 3rd Floor, Hazmieh, Baabda, Lebanon
Open: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are communicated at the time of order confirmation 
via WhatsApp. Fees vary based on location and product size/weight.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, our team will share tracking 
information via WhatsApp.

6. Damaged on Arrival
If your product arrives damaged, contact us immediately via 
WhatsApp at +961 76 622 476 with photos of the damage. 
We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
